    Asked for expressed post for a seatbelt, 4 days past I called to ask for the tracking number only to be told a few stories on how his week had been and he'll get back to me in 15 mins. No reply. Another 3 days past I called again this time I got my tracking number, after a quick google and to no real surprise it hadn't been sent. After giving a few wise words he sent it the following day and i received it the next. No refund on express post and no apology. Peter actually suggested on the second phone call that if i want it bad enough that i should drive to Ipswich to pick it up. I think when amazon comes to town this type of business will be the first to sink.
